Your data stays your store's.
Meridian reads some of the most sensitive information a dealership holds. Here is how we protect it. These commitments apply to every store from the day it goes live.
United States only
Meridian runs on established cloud infrastructure in U.S. data centers. Your data is not stored or processed outside the United States.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your data is encrypted on its way to Meridian and while it is stored.
Two-step sign-in, required
Every login requires two-factor authentication. It isn't optional and can't be switched off for convenience.
Read, never written
Meridian reads from your DMS. It does not write back, change records, or touch your deals.
Who can see what
Inside your store, each person sees only what their role needs. A salesperson, a manager and the GM each get a different view, and customer details go only to the person who needs them in that moment.
Inside Meridian, your data is used for company purposes only: running and supporting the service for your dealership. Access is limited to the Meridian team members who need it to do that work.
What we will never do
We will never sell your customers' data. Not to lenders, not to marketers, not to anyone.
If something goes wrong
If a security incident ever affects your dealership's data, we will notify you immediately after we discover it, with what we know and what we're doing about it.
How Lens uses AI
Lens, the intelligence behind Meridian, is built on established AI models. We'll walk you through exactly which providers are involved and how your data moves between them at your walkthrough, before anything is connected to your store.
Questions
Security reviews are part of every founding-dealer conversation. Send your questions, or your group's security questionnaire, to adam@meridiandealer.ai.
