MeridianPrivacy Policy

The short version. We collect only what you type into our walkthrough request form, and we use it only to respond to you. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and this site uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
Who we are
Meridian ("we," "us") builds software for automobile dealerships and is based in Westfield, Indiana. This policy covers the website at meridiandealer.ai. It does not cover the Meridian product itself; dealerships that use Meridian receive separate terms covering their data.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a walkthrough, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, role, dealership, number of rooftops, DMS, current CRM, email address, phone number (optional), whether you'd consider a founding-dealer pilot, and any message you write. If you book a call through our scheduling page, we receive your name, email, phone number, dealership, role, DMS (if you share it), any notes, and the time you chose.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, and keeps it in server logs. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads.
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your walkthrough request and schedule a conversation.
- To understand whether Meridian is a fit for your dealership.
- To keep a record of our business conversations with you.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Netlify hosts this website, receives and stores form submissions, and delivers them to us by email.
- Cal.com runs our scheduling page and stores the details of calls you book.
- Microsoft 365 runs our email and calendar, where your request and any booked call arrive.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses.
- Other tools we use to manage our email and business records, under their own confidentiality and security terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as it is useful for our conversation with you and our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email adam@meridiandealer.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Information you send through the form travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is stored with the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
Children
This site is meant for dealership professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
